While many people suffer from at least mild arachnophobia, the closer you look at these often feared creatures, the more you appreciate how cool they are. Keep a journal of all the things that scare you, and vow to not be afraid of them anymore. Take field notes and make sketches of your multi-legged friends, or document the shape and number of webs that keep popping up around your house.
